Review- Editing Visible To Date

We have decided to defer decision making on several requests until next quarter. How can I edit the visible to date on reviews? It is currently grayed out. The reviews have already been completed by the reviewers, I just want the completed reviews to be visible in the portal. I do not want to generate new reviews.

    @Sara Aitken I had a similar issue (wanting to edit the Visible To date after the reviews were submitted). I was able to add the date manually (no bulk option) by opening each review, editing the Visible To date, and saving the review.

    I did this by running a Full Search for reviews filtering by due date so I had my full list to edit. I made sure I had the “Visible To” column so I could keep track of the reviews I had updated, then just worked my way down the list.

    Time consuming but it worked :) Although when the reviewer first logged in to the Reviewer Portal, it took some time to update itself. She may have even commented that it took a couple of logins to see the corrected info.
