Bank feed auto-match mismatching many checks

We just started using bank feed in NXT and used the “auto-match” option.

BIG mistake!

The system has mismatched many checks, so some checks appear to be cleared when they are not. And others are not when they really are. It even somehow managed to match a bank adjustment for a bounced donation check to a check we issued.

Question - Is there a report or query we can run that shows our checks #'s and what it was matched to in the feed we got from our bank?

    I feel your pain!!!!! Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you. I've had a ticket open with BB support since February about this horrible issue. I've been having to manually clear everything for several months now because of the mess FENXT (or Yodlee) is making of my check clearing process. The bank rec system in FENXT overall is just about the worst one I've ever used…very cumbersome. This check clearing issue is costing me a LOT of time and making it very difficult to come up with an accurate list of outstanding checks.
