Power BI Glitching

Hi All! I am having an issue with my Power BI. When I am trying to build visuals and dragging or clicking on fields or measures in the Data pane, the cursor jumps to a different section and doesn't select anything. Usually on my second try it works. I tried to google this error, but I really don't know how to word it properly to see if there are answers, I wasn't successful finding a match. Anyone have this issue? Thanks!

    You may want to check in with your IT team support on this.

    From my experience, cursor jumping has to do with the mouse itself OR has to do with the remote session that you may be on and that's being messed up. Question will be, did you have RE database view open (which is a remote session through Citrix), or are you remoting into the gateway server and working on Power BI Desktop from there or is your power BI Desktop local to your workstation.

    @Alex Wong Thanks, Alex! I tried a few different mice (mouses?!) to see if that was the problem and it still happened. It's in the service cloud version, not BI desktop. I always have database view open haha. I'll shut it down and see what happens.
