Adding Fields into the Forms in YourCause-GrantsConnect

Hi! I imported the fields from all of application templates into the new version of GIFTs, but some fields did not import. How do/can I add those fields? If not, how can I create those fields? They do not appear in my “Quick Add Tool" and I need them.

    Nikki, I would recommend working with Blackbaud Support and providing details on the specific fields so that they can investigate and assist.

    Not knowing some of the specifics you are encountering but there is a known obstacle for long text fields. On our legacy forms manager a long text field could be used multiple times and the responses would be condensed once the submitted application was considered. With the manage forms setup, we now require unique fields and a field cannot be used multiple times. This would require creating new fields in Blueprint. If you do not have Blueprint you should reach out to Blackbaud Support.
