Can't edit tuition

I just entered a new family and was not allowed to change the tuition amount during creation. And now that they are active I still can't edit or add the tuition. Any secrets to get it to all ow me to add the tuition in?

@Mark Holbrook Just checking to see if this is in the correct forum @Crystal Bruce. Is Tuition an attribute or something you track in Raiser's Edge or is this really a question for a different product. We don't track Tuition at my school in Raiser's Edge and I want to make sure your question is getting in front of the correct audience. You could also chat with support.
