Credit Card feeds

Is anyone else having issues with credit card feeds refreshing from the Payables => Credit Card Activity screen? I have been able to successfully refresh periodically for the past several weeks until now. I receive a red error which states: "Completed with errors, 0 of 17 accounts processed successfully. Failed cards: [lists all cardholders and last 4 digits of card].

    I have been having problem and have a support case open. The problem seemed to start with the second "global outage" thing that happened. However, I have found that I can get individual cards to refresh but that is inconsistent, but at least that is something while they are working on it. I would start a support case about it.

  • @Sylvia Cook Thank you for your response! I had opened a ticket (#19817975) which was resolved yesterday. I can refresh my card accounts now.
