Scheduling Reports for non-NXT users

How do I schedule reports to be sent to Department Heads who are not FENXT users. Is there somewhere where I can add their email addresses?

currently no. Notice the field says users, and the email is derived from their BBID email address linked for the users. IF you want to include them in the Report Scheduler email setup, they'll need some level of rights as a user. Now you can severely limit their roles and rights, but they will need to be a user unless there is an update.

@Mary Kennett You may also want to consider scheduling the report to be sent to yourself and then seeing if you could use your email product (Ex. Outlook) and see if Outlook could automatically forward the email to those individuals who are not users in your database. Hope this helps!
