Customizing Import Invoice Template

Hello,

Has anyone successfully customized the FE NXT template to import multiple invoices? We have tried editing the Template Headers to match our Invoice required fields, but we get error messages, specifically related to “customized fields”. If anyone has instructions on how to use this or how to edit the template, I would appreciate some assistance. Thank you!

if you're talking about the webview invoice import released last December, no need. It's being replaced when they update webview with the Import from Database view, they announced at the May PUB. You can use your existing templates and the parameters that are saved should be adapted to webview as well just like your saved reports and queries.

@Kevin Brazell Thank you for the info, but we don't have existing templates. I don't think any staff have ever used import in the database view. They have only used FAST. We are trying to adapt to the import feature.
