You will need access right to Control Panel > Fields and tables

click over to Tables and search for note

ca94ee2bf799a2c20ef9cfbce00a99c8-huge-im — Make sure you selected the right one for Payables

Click the … and select View, from here, you can add new values for Notepad Type selection.
