How do I add a "Type" within a Note

I am trying to add a note in the notes tile. However, there is a Type drop down menu and I cannot figure out how to add the “type”.

    @Kerry Knackstedt should be a table. Go to Control Panel >Fields and tables. With Tables tile clicked so it's blue and active, search Type. Should show you any table that has Type in the name and find the one for the notes and add the table entries you'd like.
