HOW TO: Add multiple logos in new application portal

Can we still add multiple logos in the new portal? Currently we have 3 different programs that require different logos. Currently we are able to do that. I can't figure out how to do that with the new portal. Can anyone direct me?

Logo are set up in two areas. There is the parent logo on the Portal Settings and for each Program you can have a unique logo, these are uploaded on the Details tab of the Program setup.
