Students occasionally disappear and reappear

Hi all,

We're having an issue where students occasionally drop off our OneRoster and/or SKY data for one of our schools. They then reappear within a few days.

We saw this over the past three days with a student:

• 10/1/2024: The student disappeared. (We fetch users with the student base role and combine that with some OneRoster data, so it's not clear whether it disappeared from one or both yet.)
• 10/2/2024: Still gone.
• 10/3/2024: The student reappeared.

The student's last-modified date is a few months ago. I don't know if role changes count in that, but the school said there haven't been any changes to the student's roles regardless.

Has anyone seen this before?

I know it's broad, but just curious if it's a known issue for anyone before I dig too deep.

This should be related to a bug introduced by a correction to handle student enrolled in multiple school levels. A correction was released 10/3, so the timing matches. Let me know if anything looks out of place now, though.
