Purchase Orders in NXT

Has anyone been able to print purchase orders in NXT? We now have the option to generate, but when I try to generate a PO it says No records meet specified criteria. The default purchase order status is Open Purchase Order and I don't have the option to change it to unprinted or reprint in order to print it.

  • @Jennifer Hughes Yes, we have been able to print a PO. At first, we couldn't but now we can. I don't know what changed, other than I reviewed the PO parameters and added our logo. Maybe that changed something.

One thing now is that when you print, it doesn't ask if you want to change the status from unprinted to open. So the PO stays unprinted until we change it manually. Hoping that the question to change the status gets added to NXT.

Hi Jennifer! I would recommend reaching out to support for this issue, since you are able to see the generate button in NXT. That should allow you select the form, it will queue to generate, and then you'd have the option to print. Here is what that looks like in my test environment.

The ability to print purchase orders is a recent addition. Check out the What's Recent features from October 14:

This one is chaotic! You'd have to go to the Purchase order and change the PO status to unprinted and then generate. In Payables > Communications there's a PO form but it serves no purpose if the PO is in any other status other than “unprinted”
