New bank account set up mistake

Hi I made a mistake when creating a new bank account in FE, and now the reversing entry is sitting in the bank reconciliation module. Here's what I did:

1. Posted a bank entry without setting up the bank account.
2. Set up the bank account.
3. Posted a reversing entry for #1, which is now appearing in the reconciliation module.

How can I remove this reversing entry in the reconciliaiton module? Thanks!

Hi Sabrina! I would make a do not post bank adjustment so that those clear out/reconcile. Check out this KB article -

"You will need to follow that last step of Add the necessary adjustment in the bank register with a Post status of Do not post."
