Recurring Gift information not displaying

I am using PowerAutomate to build a custom Constituent Tile that summarizes/displays a constituent's recent annual fund giving, and I am trying to display the details of a constituent's recurring gift if they have an active one on file. I pull the gift, and can get the amount of the recurring gift to display, but when I try to call any of the recurring gift fields, like “Recurring gift schedule frequency”, nothing is being returned. Anyone else run into this?

can you confirm if the Recurring gift has been converted to RE NXT auto charge or legacy RE manual charge?

@Alex Wong the recurring gifts are being processed via GiveCampus, so I guess that would make them manual charges. My guess is you are going to tell me we can only access this data if they are NXT auto charges??

GiveCampus is a different platform, RE is not going to know info about schedules are other related recurring details unless when you import the GiveCampus transactions into RE, you recorded that info somewhere in RE (i.e. gift custom fields).

So question is, how do you bring GiveCampus transactions into RE as gift and what fields are populated with info? Is it Recurring Gift and Recurring Gift Pay-cash gift type or just Cash.

@Alex Wong We bring them in and record them as actual recurring gifts, I pulled a screenshot of one below. We are tracking like proper recurring gifts, and when I do a query in database view, the data is there, but it doesn't seem to be able to be pulled in Power Automate when using a “Get a Gift” action.

We do not use RE recurring gift/pay-cash gift type. Our recurring gift is through Luminate Online and imported into RE as “Cash” gift type with recurring attribute, so not in the same boat as you.

It is my assumption that SKY API is not going to provide detail recurring info on non-automated recurring gift (modernized RE NXT type recurring gift). Someone else who does will have to try and potentially let you know.
