@Ellyn Schaefer, there are a few short ones listed in this Knowledgebase article, but once you access those in Blackbaud University, you'll be able to see even more available. The library of courses, eLearnings, etc. is being built out right alongside the product to ensure you can stay on top of these changes. That KB article will continue to be updated, as well. And if you don't have a Learn subscription, you may be surprised to find out how much of the content is free to access during this transition to total web, so check out the What's New Learning Path, as well! Hope this helps!

@Nikki Baldwin @Ellyn Schaefer Blackbaud University is actively creating eLearning for Receivables right now, and will continue building both eLearning and instructor-led training through Q1 of 2025 and beyond. Our goal is to create as much content as possible, as quickly as we can. Currently we have 3 full-length eLearnings - Clients, Charges, and Invoices, Billing Items, and Receivables Settings. Our next Receivables courses will cover payments, credits, and returns and should be available sometime in Q1 of 2025.
