1099 NEX in NXT

Hey! Is anyone else having trouble once you hit generate on the 1099 and you log into AATRIX then it throws an error?

    I got that exact error myself testing in a sample database. I'd chat / call support as it looks like that shouldn't be happening.

  • @Kevin Brazell I opened up a ticket. I am glad it is not isolated to just me! Makes me feel better haha

  • @Lindsey Palazzi and @Kevin Brazell I attempted to process a sample last week (Jan 3) and received the error message regarding state tax. I contacted support at Aatrix and they told me that would be UNABLE to assist me until we were ready to file. that they could not help with a TEST run.

  • @Michelle Nielsen I have an active ticket open because I was filing mine yesterday (no test run). I even updated the ticket that other users on this thread are having the same error. I think it is on their end from making the switch from database to NXT. But if you say a product is ready…then be ready. :( Hopefully it gets fixed soon

    Yes, I am experiencing this same error. I placed a help ticket today.

  • @Lindsey Palazzii got our rep involved and had a live chat and requested that he share my issues with blackbaud as many are dealing with this. He stated they are aware of these errors And working on it.

  • @Nancy Urbish hi! I know you said that the test run doesn't work in web view. I am just wondering, do you have the option to run a test run in web view? We do not see that option given. We were able to in database view previously but now that option we do not see in web view. If you are able to see it could you let us know where to look while we await Blackbaud fixing the error messages?

  • @Tara Makas I can no longer do test runs in webview. ( at least for now I can't get beyond that point)

    Hi @Tara Makas - The ability to do a test run is not supported by Aatrix at this time in the web version and is not currently planned. However, you can open and run the process without fully completing it if you wish to review your information before finalizing.
