1099 Process

This will be my first year processing 1099Misc & 1099NEC through the web base workstation, so far, easy enough, except I'm getting an error message “ERROR UAF” I called Tech Support through Aatrix I was told to contact Blackbaud, is anyone else having this issue? What do i do?

it's an issue FENXT support is aware of , and working to resolve. the AUF is the back end database files for aatrix. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

@Kevin Brazell Upon clicking Error UAF mine states Exception caused by PIM: TX State Withholding 1 TX State Withholding (then my EIN). Is Blackbaud still working on this issue or do I need to make changes to my vendors (we don't have any state withholding).

@Margaret Olea yes, I have a ticket open and posted about this. They are aware and working on a fix.
