Aatrix Setup Wizard
The Aatrix Setup Wizard is freezing up after I enter the state ID number…….started over several times and the same thing keeps happening. Anyone else having issues?

@Marie Scheurich Hi! I see it has been about 24 hours since you posted. I don't see any responses from members having the same issue. Are you still experiencing the freezing? If so, I recommend reaching out to Blackbaud support: Chat - Blackbaud as this might be an issue unique to your system. Thanks and let me know how it goes!

As fate would have it, I did resolve this myself. I'm sure it was my laptop, and not an Aatrix problem. All is well right now! Thanks.1 -
