How do I VOID a 2017 1099-MISC

I am needing to VOID a recipient 1099-MISC from 2017. I contacted ATTRIX and they say I have to contact BLACKBAUD Financial Edge as this was before any records we have with ATTRIX.

    I have so far just entered my question on this forum, and I brought it up today in the Q and A section of the registered online course on 1099's that took place at 2pm Eastern. I asked for someone to contact me of how I can get access to our 2017 1099's that are listed, and I can see, but I get an error message when I click into it.
