Send a specific donor an email after each recurring gift payment

Generally, we do not send acknowledgements for each payment of a recurring gift. However, we have one donor who has requested it as they submitted it each month for a match.

Is it possible to create a flow that will email this donor only for a recurring gift payment?

I looked to see if there are any existing flows that I could tweak but I don't see any that might fit this scenario.

I don't want to use a list because I just want this one person to receive the email, and it has to go to two specific email addresses.

you can use gift list api and specify a specific constituent's record id to get that record's gift only (assuming we are not dealing with a soft credit issue, if soft credit issue, then use Query API instead)

It's like a daily large gift notfication template, but just conditioned to only one constituent

I tried creating something simple, but it keeps failing. I can't figure out why. The only information it is giving me is at the Apply to each:
ActionFailed

An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.

your apply to each is not the root cause of the error, look inside the apply to each and inside the condition action to find the action that actually failed. then screenshot that action's edit and run.
