Embedding links in Reviewer Portal

Hi! Our reviews can be complex and I was surprised to find that I couldn't hyperlink within a Review Form. I can insert the website address, which would require the reviewers to copy and paste it into a browser, but it won't hyperlink even if I insert HTML coding. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

An example would be that we want to insert “Does this applicant reside in a Tier 1 County?” as a review question, and we would like to hyperlink a website that lists the economic conditions for Tier 1 and the counties that currently fall under Tier 1.

Just wanted to see if someone has a creative solution. Thanks!
