Are you testing completing an application, or working on designing an application?

You can add multiple Contact tables:

On the validation tab for each tabel you can specificy how many contacts can be added in that table:

@Jason Kelliher I have entered a min of 1 response and max of 3 responses. However, I only see one row versus 3 rows. So, is it the applicant that adds additional rows? I'm sorry if this was mentioned in the webinar but I missed it.

Correct, you define the parameters and the applicant will add additional contacts within those parameters when completing the application.
