1099 Aatrix ERROR Page not found, RETURN TO THE PREPARER

I went thru NXT this morning and generated my 1099. I had my vendor list popped up when I noticed I was missing a SS#. I had the screen open all afternoon as I looked up the info. After about 5 hours, I finally returned back to that tab (yea! It was still there & visible), typed in the info & pressed to go to the next screen. At that point, Aatrix pretty much timed me out. I went back into NXT and restarted from the beginning. Prompted to log into Aatrix. The system gave me the green checkmark for Waiting & then Validating Payroll Data. Yea! Except the next screen was an error message reading “Page not found, RETURN TO THE PREPARER”. I need to finalize my 1099's. What do I do?

@Crystal Bruce. Not anymore. It was resolved. I called Aatrix. Turns out I had a duplicately generated file & their tech/web support needed to delete the duplicate on their end. Once they did that, I was able to generate 1099s in BB/FENXT.
