Is there a way to run a series of department reports, changing out the report filter for each specific department, without editing each individual report separately?

@Mary Alma Noonan Hello, if you are running an Income Statement or Statement of Activities, there is a reporting format option to print a separate statement for each department. In the report setup, go to Format and mark the box to “Print a separate statement for each” and select Department. If you check this box and remove any overall department filters, this will run once and provide report breaks on each department.

The other option is to save separate report parameters that are filtered on the appropriate department value. You can then use Report Scheduler to automate the emailing of these reports.

Just be aware that the version of a report sent with the report schedule is a PDF. To my knowledge that is the only output option for the report scheduler.
