NXT INVOICE DATA ENTRY ISSUES

Very cumbersome when entering invoices with distribution amounts (and we have many rows of data needed to be entered). Columns are not wide enough, especially description, I have to adjust for every invoice. Entering amounts is difficult – instead of an easy return/enter key (as was available before); it's either a long series of tabs or using my mouse to get to the next row. So inefficient. Please think of your data entry users and make this system more user friend and make our work easier. The invoice search and copy feature does work very well within an invoice.

@Evelyn Pitta I noticed you can't enter amounts without mousing down. Just a week or so you could click,click and it would take you there. I often have very extensive allocations for the same invoice as you said, it was easier when it would just take you to the next box in the column for $.

@Evelyn Pitta my invoice entry through the database view option disappeared today and I am not looking forward to using the webview. I'm fairly sure the people who wrote the webview version have never done data entry in their lives.

@kathy kreeger there a some improvements that help with the efficiency of data entry. However, the ones they missed are mind boggling. And yes, it makes you wonder who approved design/layout features!
