Quality issue with logo printing on receivables invoices in web view

I've been moving my AR invoice processing into web view as the migration from database view proceeds. One thing I found is that our organization's circular logo no longer prints clearly and further, the program forms a tight square that cuts into it, chopping off the rounded edges. It's a bit of a malformed blurry mess. I was informed by Support that unfortunately FENXT does not support round logos. Has anyone else encountered this and if so, any chance you found a solution? Any thoughts on why a very clear image printed from database view would now be so degraded in web view? Thank you!

I just tested a round logo and it didn't get cut off. I'd follow back up and point the rep to this screen shot here :

@Keirsten Taylor Hi! Has this been resolved? My organization is also experiencing issues with the logo printing blurry. Are there any instructions as to what the actual size of the circular logo should be?

Has this issue been resolved? I am having a similar issue with a blurry logo on the AR NXT invoice. It printed clearly in database view, but I no longer have the option to print invoices from database view.
