Users addresses by user ID missing Address output of "address_type"

@Stephen Boyle and @Todd DeSchuiteneer we came across an issue with this API:

The example states the “address_type” will be provided

In our testing it appears to be missing.

Just noticed this never got updated.

The GET Users addresses by user ID was updated to return address_type and type_id, again.
