Where did the Contact Title field go?

Please tell me you didn't get rid of the Title field in the Contacts tables. How do we collect the title for a new contact, e.g., Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. That field was in the list of available columns in the Contacts tables when I last edited a form several weeks ago, now it's gone.

  • So I see that Contact Title is not the field I remembered in my Contacts table, but instead it is the Notes field that I renamed to Title. Obviously, I want to collect the primary contact's job title, but i see no way to do it other than what I did, use the Notes field instead. Of course, having the information in that field means I'm going to have copy and paste it into a Title field somewhere either on the Contact record or the Affiliation record. Help?

  • @Nicole Ragno - Is there an update on this issue to share? It started almost 2 weeks ago on or before 2/12 and despite many follow ups to my support case submitted back then, there has not been any information provided on when this will be addressed.

    This issue has already persisted for a week, and we urgently need a resolution. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
