Has anyone used the Direct Debit process in CRM to accept donations via ACH? I have a request to add a donation form that asks the donor for their ACH info. That's easy enough, but the official docs are not clear (to me) on how to get ACH info from CRM to the bank to conduct the actual transfer and reconciliation.
