    @Crystal Bruce it would be very helpful if the Blackbaud staff members could research the already posted ideas and point people toward an existing idea so it can gain steam. The current Blackbaud staff's theme of asking users to always just “create an idea" without helping guide the conversation seems counterintuitive to helping improve the product.
