Power BI - Embedding Reports & Licencing

I have played around with creating some reports from RE in Power BI through the Blackbaud connector. To share these interactive reports from within Power BI itself, we would need a pro licence.

If I was to embed some reports in NXT, would only those with a Power BI Pro licence be able to see / interact with these reports?

user without power bi pro license will not be able to see the BI report, there will be a “sign in” button in the middle and not show the bi
