Alignment and Font Size of AR invoices in NXT

Has anyone found a way to align an invoice in the AR module in NXT? Everything aligns on the invoice except for the order date and due date. These dates are showing below on the preprinted description for the next line. Also, the customer name and address are way too small. Any idea on how to change the font on just this part?

@LeeAnn Schmidtberger I have not been able to print invoices from NXT. For us there is an extra Total Amount Due at the bottom of our invoices in NXT. In DB view, we just had Subtotal, Sales Tax, and Total. But now there is the fourth line at the bottom of the invoice and the Blackbaud Customer Support rep I am working with has said that it is the Total Amount Due (which I see on your invoice). Additionally, I am having trouble with the aligment: if I line up the Invoice Date & Invoice Number, the invoice details are all off. The font was always very small.

Our AR generation seems to work! See screen shot below. Did you happen to create a new print parameter? We had to create one in webview for it to work correctly as the one that came across from database view was acting up.

So strange! Did you check that there isn't something in your alignment parameters?

Short of checking these settings it may need to be escalated to Blackbaud.

Quick clarification if you are using pre-printed forms that may need to be a solution to add to the idea bank. I would try changing the focus to blank paper and see if that generates something that aligns that you can do in the meantime.

@Brian Rojo Thanks for sharing your screen images, Brian. I didn't realize changing the invoice format to the other identically named item would provide the option to print on blank paper. This solved my problem!

@Brian Rojo how did you get the Item No.'s to be unique? Or are they? I'm not able to edit the Item Numbers at all and every time I add a Billing Item to an invoice it has a different Item No. It appears the count increases as I add the line items in the invoices… What purpose does that serve?

Hi Dan!

I am not certain I am understanding your question! If you want to EDIT the billing number it would be under receivables and under billing items. Then you just edit the specific billing item.
