New Grantee Experience/Applications/Portal

Hello Everyone!

Does anyone know if there will be additional Instructor Led Training sessions for the New Applications/Portal? There were a couple in February but I wasn't sure if they will be offered again. Thank you!

There are currently 3 instructor led training sessions for the new application experience:

Blackbaud Grantmaking: Applications: Applicant and Grantee Portal Essentials

Blackbaud Grantmaking: Applications: Creating Custom Forms

Blackbaud Grantmaking: Applications: Programs and Workflows

With the links above you can pick out a class to enroll for. I hope you find the classes helpful!

Thank you for sharing these links. When I go to sign up- it looks like these events already happened in February and I don't see any upcoming dates.

Happy to share training resources! If you have already taken the class that could be the reason for showing only the February dates. These are the steps we suggest to reschedule for a future date:

Go to https://learn.blackbaud.com.
Select My Activities.
Select the Course Title.
Select More Options (…) from the top-right.
Select the Change session enrollment.
Choose a new upcoming session.
