Has anyone has success linking their AMEX cards with expense management? We've been trying for over four years without any luck. Each of our employees has their own AMEX card, and unfortunately, the integration has never worked as expected.
We are currently not interested in switching to the BB card, despite BB's recommendation. Our hope is still for the AMEX integration to function properly, as was promised when we first transitioned to NXT.
If you've been able to get this to work, I'd really appreciate hearing how you did it and if there have been any pain points. We've been entering transactions one-by-one which hasn't been ideal.
