Assistance with Testing My Add-in in Blackbaud Test Environment

Hi Team,

I am currently developing an add-in for the Blackbaud SKY application and need assistance testing it within the Blackbaud test environment.

My Current Setup:

1. SKY Application:

Application Name: PBTDEV

Add-in Name: My Custom Tile

Add-in URL: https://4978-167-103-6-187.ngrok-free.app/ (this is the URL for my hosted add-in, served via Ngrok).

2.Testing Details:

I have registered the add-in via the Blackbaud Developer Portal and configured the URL to be served at the Constituent Tile Dashboard.

I have confirmed the add-in URL is accessible via the Ngrok link.

The add-in is working locally, but I am having difficulty verifying its appearance and behavior within the Blackbaud test environment.

My Questions/Concerns:

1.Finding the Blackbaud Test Environment:

I am unsure where to access the Blackbaud test environment or Blackbaud NXT (or similar environment). Could you confirm the link or steps to log in to the test system where my add-in should be displayed?

2.Where Should the Add-in Appear?:

After registering the add-in for my SKY application, where specifically should I see the “My Custom Tile” appear in the Constituent record page? Is it visible within the dashboard or another section?

3.Help with Troubleshooting:

The add-in works locally, but I am not seeing it appear within my test environment. Could you help me troubleshoot why the add-in is not showing up as expected?
