Grantmaking form builder - missing field

I deleted a field (organization name and EIN) to add it to a different page and now it's not showing up in form builder. Has anyone run into this issue, and if so, how do I find the field to add it? Thanks, Sheryl

Try Save the form, exit the Edit mode. And go back in. See if it show up.
