I was curious if anyone has insight into how the SKY team reviews the server logs. We utilize Kibana from Elasticsearch to manage our logs, which is a wonderful tool.

I ask because in my short time using the API, I've received various HTTP code errors, 500, 502, 408 are several. Even today, I've received the 500 error at least twice. And the documentation states specifically for 500 Internal Server Error “An unexpected error has occurred on our side. You should never receive this response, but if you do please let us know and we'll fix it.” But I know I've received it so many times over the past week that it does seem odd. Many times a subsequent call will resume and keep moving along with the 500 error.

Anyway, I'm just wondering how proactive the team is on watching the server logs to diagnose and work through these types of things.
