We’re currently in the process of onboarding several users and were wondering if there is a more efficient way to handle this within the web portal. Specifically, I’d like to ask:
Is there a faster method for setting up multiple users simultaneously?
Does the portal support an import process to mass-create user accounts?
If so, is there a template or format (e.g., CSV, Excel) that we should follow?
Any guidance or documentation you could provide would be greatly appreciated, as it would help streamline our setup process significantly.
