Making ETapestry Easier To Use!

We are making eTapestry easier for you to use! 

 
To help your data be more organized, easier to find and easier to use, we are streamlining your constituent's Journal page by moving all contacts created to capture any mass communications sent to a new tab called “Mass Interactions”. Currently, until our next release, these types of interactions have been included in the Journal page as Contacts. We understand that having a line item for each monthly newsletter can “clog” up a constituent’s Journal page and make it difficult to find transactions, notes and specific communications regarding a particular donor. So, we are going to help by moving all contacts created to capture any mass communications sent to the Mass Interactions page.

 
The link to this new tab, aka page, will be located in the account header, between Journal and Account Settings. This will be the location, on an account, to go to review any emails or documents you created via the Communications option in eTapestry. On the Mass Interactions page you will be able to quickly view key components about each interaction, as well as drill into the details. Providing this new page focusing on Mass Communications has several benefits, including:

 

• Cleaning up  Journal pages so important constituent data is easier to find.
• Making querying and reporting on Mass Interactions easier.
• Allowing for easier management of Mass Interactions, including edits and removal.

 
But wait there is more!  During the upcoming release, we will move all existing contacts created to capture any mass communications from your Journal to the new Mass Interactions page, and thus cleaning up the Journal pages and making sure all of your historical and future Mass Interactions are in one place for you to access.

 
We are excited about this new update coming to eTapestry and the customer feedback we have received, from users who have had a preview, has been overwhelmingly positive.  Continue to check back here  to see more information regarding this new feature.
