Our industry is an ever-changing place. Technology, society, and best practices continue to evolve. If you don’t take the time and make the effort to keep up with trends, or even brush up on the basics, your organization will get left behind.

Blackbaud University’s got your back. No, we’re not going to give you a Ferris Bueller-style day off. But we will give you some amazing Organizational Best Practices (OBP) eLearning courses – at no cost to you – just for being an eTapestry customer!

OBP courses are product-agnostic, which means they don’t cover how to do things in a particular Blackbaud product. Instead, these eLearning videos are dedicated to helping you become better equipped for your job. These classes cover industry basics and may fill in some gaps for you when it comes to:
