A number of you have asked questions about setting up new Funds or creating new DIY Online Forms are on the rise with eTapestry users.  Here are some resources to help as you set up new Funds and DIY Online Forms!

Creating New Funds
The Customer Success Team has a short video to demonstrate how your organization can use Funds, Campaigns, and Approaches to more accurately track and allocate donations.  Watch Jump Start Your Success: Funds, Campaigns, and Approaches in eTapestry to learn how these designations improve they way you track new donations and how to set them up in eTapestry.

Creating Online Donation Forms
Do-It-Yourself Forms allow your organization to accept online donations. They can even be set up to accept recurring gifts!  We have several resources to help you quickly and easily optimize your DIY forms in eTapestry to accept online gifts:

• Basics of Do-It-Yourself Forms – This 30 minute Learn Basics video from Blackbaud University helps with the creation as well as the management of your online forms within the eTapestry database.
• Creating Online Donation Forms in eTapestry offers helpful pointers on how to create a new Online Donation Form.
• DIY Form Toolkit – This document includes step-by-step instruction on how to create some of the most popular types of pages. It also includes links to help you set up additional User Defined Fields to track even more information related your donors’ online giving.
• To drive donors to your online forms, check out Email Marketing 101 in eTapestry for some tips on how to make the most of eTapestry’s integrated email marketing tools!
