On Demand: eTapestry bbcon + PUBs Sessions

If you missed bbcon last month, or want a recap, we have two sessions for you to consume on-demand until December 9th to help you get the most out of fundraising with Blackbaud eTapestry.Happy Friday eTapestry Community,


In case anyone missed bbcon and our Product Update Briefings last month, I wanted to share two informational sessions which will hopefully help you get the most of how you use eTapestry. Both are available on-demand, for free, through Dec. 9. Details below!


As part of bbcon, my colleague Jane Langer teamed up with Nate Reid from Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity for a Do More With Less session, distilling tips and time savers to help growing organizations maximize efficiency within eTapestry.


Among other tidbits, Jane and Nate shared some quick wins within your setup preferences which, perhaps, you didn’t know you had options for. They also touched on best practices for keeping your database lean and tidy, optimizing Thank You Letters and Managing Journal Entries, while providing some handy references to keep close by. Thanks Jane and Nate!


Following bbcon, we shared insight into our roadmap vision for eTapestry, including recent releases you can use today, and new features we’re working to roll out in 2023 and beyond.


Among the things you can be leveraging today are exciting new options and templates on DIY Forms, which provide more flexibility and effectiveness in your online forms. We’ve also added quick-action navigation buttons to reduce time and clicks as you work within eTapestry.


As I said, both of these sessions are available on-demand through Dec. 9. If you didn’t register for bbcon, you’ll need to do so, but it’s completely free and a single registration gets you access to both of these sessions—plus much more bbcon content.

@natereid I just watched “DO MORE WITH LESS: TIPS AND TIME SAVERS IN BLACKBAUD ETAPESTRY FOR GROWING ORGANIZATIONS.” I have to say, thank you! The tips on the thank you letters is a life saver. I also found in reports how to change them to an Excel file. This is key for me sending out the reports to our finance department, before doing the standard export.

The tips and time savers are huge for me. Being an experienced eTapestry user, this was unbeknownst to me. Again, thank you!
