Each week, we aim to bring you a little closer to one of our Blackbaud Community super users (AKA Ninjas).
This week, we’d like to introduce Bobby Steurer; foundation systems controller at the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation.
What area are you in (geographically) and why do you love it?
I’m in Louisville, KY. I like the experience of a medium-sized city with a small-town feel.
What do you enjoy about the Blackbaud Community?
Blackbaud has been around for a while. So, if you have a question, someone in the Community likely has a personalized answer with a deep backstory as to how they arrived at that solution.
What is something that you never thought you’d enjoy at your current job that gets you up and motivates you now?
I’ve been dipping into prospect research over the past couple of years, which is something that was never on my radar before. When I’m working on that research, it feels like I’m piecing together each individual’s story. It’s cool to see how they fit into the overall mission of what we do at Norton.
