Managing gifts is essential to the business of every nonprofit. Learn the basics of entering gifts, in the new Luminate CRM: Fundamentals—Gifts class.In this three-hour instructor-led course, you'll learn about different kinds of gifts, how to differentiate between hard and soft credits, and the difference between pledges and recurring gifts. Through instructor-led scenarios, course discussions, and practices in the training website, you'll learn how to record a single gift, how to designate a gift according to a donor's wishes, and how to set up pledges and recurring gifts. You'll also learn how to set up and enter gift batches.
