New SKY Add-ins Page-blocking Wait Indicators Configuration

The SKY Add-ins framework was updated on 4/24/2020. See the changelog for more information.
We added support for showing page-blocking waits. With the new showWait and hideWait methods you can now request the parent page to render a wait indicator over the full page, or remove it.
