September 2017 Release To The Raiser's Edge Luminate Online Integration Available

A new release to the Raiser's Edge Luminate Online (RELO) integration is now available on the Download section of our website! Please note the version update to the Luminate Online plug-in for The Raiser's Edge to version 1.4.6432 and Blackbaud Web Services to version 1.4.17223.1. With this release we've included defect resolutions. Check out our Knowledgebase articles below or the Release Notes for more details on each of these updates:

 

• LO Additional Info. mapped to RE Constituent Attributes not updating existing values in the plug-in.
• Invalid Former Address created in Raiser's Edge when bulk processing updates through RELO.
• Error: There are no differences between the new constituent and the auto-matched constituent record.
• TeamRaiser Registrations Do Not Sync and Do Not Throw a QPM Error When Partial Refund is Done Before the Sync runs.
