It took me years before I knew what the “e” in “email” stood for. Easy? Efficient? Exciting? I now know it stands for “electronic,” but maybe it should stand for “excellent.” Why? Nowadays, emails must have an extra something for people to even open them.

Did you know that most nonprofits average 66 emails per subscriber each year? And that the projected number of smartphone users by 2023 is 7.2 billion? Clearly, email is a vital form of communication in the nonprofit world. And that fact won’t change anytime soon.
