The Responsive Email Success Kit provides Best Practices for email, planning worksheets, five mobile responsive templates, and a full set of instructions for you to get started with Responsive Email with Luminate Online. 

Responsive Donation Form Kit

The Responsive Donation Form Kit includes the code needed to create a responsive page wrapper that you can use with your Luminate Online donation forms to create a donor experience your constituents will love. 

End-of-Year Fundraising Kit

The End-of-Year Fundraising Success Kit provides best practice tips, a planning guide, mobile friendly email templates and setup instructions for your end-of-year fundraising campaign.

Blackbaud Checkout Kit

The Blackbaud Checkout Kit includes directions on how to configure your BBMS Merchant Account and mobile wallets, a modern, mobile-responsive donation form and easy to follow set up instructions so you can provide the digital experience your donors demand.

PDF Receipt Kit

The PDF Receipt Kit includes a step-by-step guide, a video tutorial, and a PDF receipt template to get you set up fast and efficiently. With this kit, you’ll have everything you need to strengthen the relationship you are building with your donors.

Unsubscribe Page Refresh Kit

This Success Kit provides the code needed to update the look of the existing Luminate Unsubscribe page.

Has the code in the donation form kit been updated in the last year? Wondering because we have an issue with the ACH button functionality.

Well, there is a new kit in the community today, End of Year Reporting, so you'll still have to keep up a bit. But you'll now see references to the kits in some of our help documentation and the knowledgebase too!
