This week, Raiser's Edge NXT continues to evolve the new gift record with details about acknowledgements and receipts, and provides a handy feature to ease skimming records of any type!

 

View acknowledgement and receipt details for gifts. When a constituent gives to your organization, it's always good to acknowledge their generosity and provide a receipt to track their giving for tax purposes. On a gift's record, you can now view details about the acknowledgement letter and receipt the donor receives under Acknowledgements. For more information, check out the Acknowledgements and Receipts Help. (In future releases, gift records will continue to evolve with miscellaneous information, pledge installment schedules, and other details!)



View summaries for collapsed sections on records. To help you skim a record for information, a checkmark or summary total now appears when a collapsed section contains any data. No checkmark or total = Move along, nothing to see there! For information about how to personalize a record to ease skimming and see only what you want, see the Record Management Help.
